{"id":641,"date":"2017-07-24T19:04:26","date_gmt":"2017-07-24T18:04:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.933.me.uk\/wordpress\/?p=641"},"modified":"2024-05-13T11:49:39","modified_gmt":"2024-05-13T10:49:39","slug":"pannacotta-con-salsa-di-fragole","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.933.me.uk\/wordpress\/2017\/07\/24\/pannacotta-con-salsa-di-fragole\/","title":{"rendered":"Pannacotta Con Salsa Di Fragole"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients for the Sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 cups of strawberries washed and hulled<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup of sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For the custard:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 \u00bc cups of light cream<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup of sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>2 level tsp unflavoured powdered gelatin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>First make the sauce: Puree the strawberries and sugar in a blender and pass them through a fine metal strainer.<\/p>\n<p>To make the Custard, in a saucepan heat the cream with the sugar and the vanilla for app 15 mins. Sprinkle the gelatin on to a small amount of cold water to soften it then add to the mixture in the saucepan and stir well.
